Ingredients
- 1-3 Abalone per person
- Flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- Eggs (beaten)
- Breadcrumbs of your choice (Panko, Italian, Crushed Ritz Crackers)
- Butter
- Garlic
Step 1 : Prepare you abalone for cooking

Step 2 : Dredge the abalone steaks first in flour, next in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
Step 3 : Heat pan so it is very hot! Add Butter.
Step 4 : Place abalone steaks in pan and fry 30 seconds on each side until golden brown.
Step 5 : Season to taste and serve hot.
