A message from the company

Red abalone is a true California native, enjoyed as a treasured seafood on our coast for as long as people have lived here.

At The Cultured Abalone Farm, we raise these abalone from hatchery to market, using locally harvested seaweeds and the cool clean waters of the Santa Barbara Channel.

We are proud to play a role in California’s sustainable seafood future and are always in search of partners that share these values.
