Step 1: The dressing

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • l tsp finely minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • l tsp brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp sesame oil
  • Blend all ingredients together, Minichop or blender if possible.

Step 2: The Salad

  • ½ lb Chopped Ogo
  • ½ Chopped skinned cucumber
  • 3 tbsp Green onion (chopped)
  • l tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • l – 2 carrots (shredded)
  • Combine ingredients in bowl. Allow to chill. Add dressing as needed.
